I established Great Tang Brothers Pty Ltd (GTB for short), a joint venture of property development in Sydney，on May 2010.  He was the solo director and general Manager when GTB was set up. GTB is one of the first property developers with Chinese background invested in Australian property development market.
2010年5月，大唐兄弟有限公司（简称GTB）于悉尼注册成立。GTB是一家主营房地产开发的专业公司，也是最早引进中国资本在澳大利亚房地产市场从事项目开发的公司之一。公司成立之初，我是公司唯一的董事并兼任总经理。
 
In June 2010 a lot of land of 9,500 square meters was purchased and the first of development project started. I took part in and led the whole process of the project development, including land purchase, architectural design, technical reports preparation, DA application, demolition, Section 96 application, CC application, construction drawing, tendering to builders, etc.. I also assist to a project manager to manage construction, completion.  This project will be completed in March 2015.
2010年6月，GTB购买了一块近万平方米的土地，开始了它的第一个房地产开发项目的运作。这是一个包含120套住宅和3个商铺的综合开发项目。我自始至终领导了项目的全过程，包括土地购买，交割手续，方案筹划，建筑设计，技术报告，申请报建（DA），项目预评估，居民听证会，JRPP审批，旧房拆除，施工方案报批（CC），施工方招标， 并辅助项目经理实施施工过程管理，质量管理等等。该项目将于2015年3月竣工。
 
CBRE and another real estate agency were appointed as the exclusive marketing and sales agent of this project. As the Deputy General Manager Simon was the general in-charge of marketing and sales.
该项目由两家专业房地产销售公司代理销售，我负责制定销售策略，督促销售进度，掌握市场行情，指导销售工作。
 
By running this project, from the beginning to the end, I learnt how to manage the property development project, how to deal with state government, how to deal with local government, local residents and local community, and how to manage the construction.  
I have accumulated a wealth of experience in property development industry. He will be a good leader in property development field.
通过项目的实施，我参与了从头至尾，贯穿始终的全过程，熟悉了如何管理地产开发项目，如何与州政府、地方政府、本地居民和地方社团打交道，以及如何公里施工进程等。积累了丰富的经验。为将来承担类似的工作夯实了基础。
