Part of the international The Silver Arc Group, we specialise in Urban Planning, Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design and Project Management. TSA Dreamscapes specialises in producing drawings for residential and mixed use developments, beginning from feasibilities and concept design stage and continuing through to the DA process.

With a strong underpinning knowledge of the Planning Scheme and specific local council requirements, as well as the requirements of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards, every project is characterised by informed and principled application. Each designer blends experience with innovation to produce drawings that reflect the client’s vision and objectives. 

Working Drawings and Construction Certificate (CC) Documentation

Working within Australian Standards and BCA frameworks, TSA Dreamscapes delivers fast and cost-effective production of working drawings for residential properties. The team also works in conjunction with engineers and other relevant parties to co-ordinate all necessary construction documentation, permits and reports required for commencement of construction.
